John guides the IChemE Forms of Contract developments. The IChemE Form of Contract training courses train people in the management of projects. John will answer any questions raised during the Webinar regarding the Forms and their applications. The IChemE forms of contract cover a wide range of Chemical and Nuclear Engineering applications and include EPC, EPCM, Professional Services and Subcontracts. Shortly IChemE will publish a new form of contract for the supply of materials. John will present a curtailed description of the contracts and how they work to get across why they are performance contracts that have over 50 years of successful application for the process and manufacturing sections for the design, procurement construction and testing of process plants.
