Johanna Capoani holds an Engineering degree, specialized in civil engineering (ESTP). She is member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Johanna has developed specific expertise in hotel real estate in Europe in all its forms, including open-air hotels and heads up the Hospitality Competence Center for Swiss Life Asset Managers France since 2013. This Competence Center currently manages more than 100 hotel assets in Europe, entrusted to over 30 operators and draws on an experienced team from the hospitality industry, a real plus when it comes to selecting the best assets to acquire and monitoring their performance.
