Joana GUERRIN is a researcher in political science at INRAE, the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment. Her research addresses issues of governance of water-related risks such as floods and droughts. She has been specifically involved in fieldwork in France (Rhône river), Switzerland (Lausanne) and Brazil (Saõ Paulo).
