Prior to NEXT, Jo has worked for a number of multi-national, multi channel&nbsp;retailers in&nbsp; Sustainability, originally beginning her career in fashion buying.&nbsp; Outside NEXT, Jo has&nbsp;not-for-profit experience and is&nbsp; on the Board of Trustees for a charity.&nbsp; Jo is driven by systems change and to integrate sustainability as part of everyone's roles within organisations.&nbsp;</p>
