<p>Jing Wan is a business executive with 28 years of professional experience in the upstream sector. Currently serving as the Technical Manager at ExxonMobil Upstream Co, Jing is dedicated to maximizing NPV and optimizing cash generation through strategic partnerships and operational excellence of Upstream assets. Throughout her career at ExxonMobil, Jing has held various leadership roles, including Technology Capability Manager, Global Reservoir Management Manager, Asset Manager, Senior Project Manager and computation scientist . Her expertise spans global reservoir management, digital transformation, opportunity generation and asset operations management. Jing holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.</p> <p>Jing is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). She was also a founding member of an Employee Resource Group chapter at ExxonMobil, an active leader and a board member supporting local schools.</p>
