Graduated from École des Mines Nancy, and after completing his national service in Toronto (Canada), Jérôme Kazmierczak joined SNCF in 1997. He held several positions as an operational manager of railway infrastructure maintenance teams (in Rhône-Alpes, Burgundy, and the Île-de-France region), before moving into human resources, where he successively served as Senior Executive Career Advisor and then as HR Director for the Île-de-France region. Since July 2019, he has been the Director of the Surveillance & Supervision Program at SNCF Réseau.
