Jen Vickers

Jen Vickers joined Laing O'Rourke in 2007 as a Document Controller on a data centre project, upon handover she changed role to that of Completions Co-ordinator which saw her responsible for ensuring every MEP project delivered by Crown House Technologies nationally had an Operation and Maintenance manual in place. She left in 2012 and returned to Crown House Technologies in 2015 overseeing documentation for the Enterprise Solutions team who deliver specialist systems such as BMS, ICT, Lighting Control, Security and more recently Sprinklers and Ventilation. Jen has experience as a Project Manager delivering BMS and is currently a Regional Information Manager for the Crown House Technologies Enterprise Solutions team responsible for, among other things, delivery of timely O&M information for specialist system packages. Jen is also currently serving as President of the BCIA (Building Controls Industry Association).
