Jeff has 20+ years of operational improvement, turnaround advisory and merger and acquisition experience and has assisted corporate and private equity sponsors throughout the deal cycle, from pre-acquisition due diligence and pre-close planning to post-acquisition performance improvement. Jeff is the EYP National Supply Chain Leader, addressing clients needs across the PLAN-SOURCE-MAKE-DELIVER continuum. Prior to joining EY, Jeff spent over seven years as a Managing Director and Executive Committee member for Alvarez and Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Group. Prior to that, Jeff was a Principal with KPMG LLP leading the Business Due Diligence Practice.
