Jean François Fressoz joined SNCF in 1998 as an electrical service agent. Starting in 2004, he became part of the South-East supervision center as a supervisor, SIAM configurator, and later assistant to the manager. From 2012, he served as an expert on monitoring and supervision topics for the South-East production zone, then as head of the South-East supervision center. Since 2021, he has been coordinating the INFRA supervision centers and supporting the deployment of the SURICATE tool in his role as Business Project Manager.
