Jean-Baptiste Rey is an ESTP-trained engineer with extensive experience in urban development and major territorial projects. He joined the Marne-la-Vallée public development agencies in 2015, after serving as Regional Director for the South-West and Overseas territories at Egis within the Caisse des Dépôts Group. Previously, he was Deputy CEO of SEPA, leading urban renewal and construction projects across the Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Hautes-Pyrénées. He began his career at Coteba—later Artelia—where he managed project planning and headed the Project Management Assistance department. Notably, he oversaw key phases of the Les Halles redevelopment in Paris, including the international architectural competition for the Canopy.
