Jared Hosid is Senior Counsel in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section, where he focuses on cybersecurity, electronic surveillance, and the growing challenge in obtaining lawful access to electronic evidence in criminal investigations. Jared also investigates cases involving various types of cybercrime and has been involved in DOJ’s application of the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act.
