<p>Jane Threlfall is an urban designer and UK registered architect with over 22 years&rsquo; experience, who works at Cox Architecture in Sydney. She has worked in both the public and private sector in Sydney, London and Manchester.&nbsp;</p> <p>She is motivated by the positive impact that architecture and urban design can have on our physical and mental well-being, with a keen interest in working alongside clients and stakeholders to help realise a shared vision. She has worked both in government in the development of design policy and guidance and design advice and review, and in large inter-disciplinary practices in the design development and delivery of new and renewed neighbourhoods, transport projects and mixed-use precincts.</p> <p>Community and stakeholder engagement is a key focus of her approach, and more recently this includes working with Indigenous cultural advisors and custodians to develop co-design processes which help ensure respectful responses to protect their indigenous cultural values and the environment into the future.</p>
