Before joining ElevenLabs, James founded Encore, one of the world's largest marketplaces for booking live musicians and DJs. He spent 10 years as CEO, facilitated 50,000+ bookings, led the company to an acquisition by Mixcloud, and then moved on to explore the AI space. Outside of work, James keeps himself busy with long-distance endurance events and as a solo artist hosting meditative piano concerts around Europe.
