He has worked across private, government, and non-profit sectors, most recently consulting on large-scale infrastructure projects both as a consultant and with internal teams.</p> <p>As a Senior Organisational Development professional at WSP, James is passionate about enhancing mental health in the workplace by creating psychosocially safe learning environments where individuals and teams can thrive.
