Isao Eto, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Department of Nutrition Sciences, and a member of the Nutrition. Obesity Research Center at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA. After obtaining his Ph.D. Degree in the Microbial Biochemistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, he received his postdoctoral training in Cellular Immunology at the University of California at San Francisco.
