Ioanna Constantiou is a Full Professor at the Department of Digitalization in Copenhagen Business . She served as the academic director of the CBS’s Business in Society initiative on Digital Transformations. From 2017 to 2020, Ioanna Constantiou was employed, as a Professor of Information Systems at the Department of Applied IT in University of Gothenburg in Sweden (part-time from July 2017). She received her Ph.D. from Department of Management Science and Technology, Athens University of Economics and Business in 2003. Her current research work focuses on the impact of digital transformation on traditional industries as well the impact of digital technologies on everyday life. Her research has been published in academic outlets, including, MIS Quarterly, Journal of the Association of Information Systems, the Journal of Information Technology, the Journal of Strategic Information Systems, the European Journal of Information Systems, the Decision Support Systems and MISQ Executive. Ioanna Constantiou currently serves as a senior editor in the Journal of Strategic Information Systems and the Electronic Markets journal.
