Ian has since been involved in a number of start-ups and is currently active as the co-founder of travel and digital recruiter Gail Kenny Executive Recruitment , as co-founder of SEO and AI agency Melt Digital , and as an NED at Fred Olsen Travel . Ian has also recently invested in a number of tech enabled travel start-ups.
