He focuses on the design and delivery of&nbsp;Jisc&rsquo;s&nbsp;security strategy, as part of efforts to protect UK education and research against a wide range of cyber security threats.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p paraeid="{e6963c25-c83d-4e28-b013-4f8ffc3fc5b4}{29}" paraid="870955804">Iain works to lead by example in all areas of cyber security to help foster and empower a resilient education sector. He&nbsp;brings to&nbsp;Jisc&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in the application of intelligence to&nbsp;threat&nbsp;landscapes at a national and international level.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p paraeid="{e6963c25-c83d-4e28-b013-4f8ffc3fc5b4}{53}" paraid="910838441">Iain&nbsp;holds&nbsp;advanced degrees from the University of London (MA, MSc),&nbsp;and&nbsp;is a Member of the British Computer Society&nbsp;(MBCS)&nbsp;and the&nbsp;Chartered Institute of Information Security&nbsp;(CIISec).</p>
