Achille is Executive Director at JLL, a global real estate services company with offices in 80 countries. Based in Frankfurt, he oversees the global client care program and business development for the Value and Risk Advisory division (VRA). Before joining JLL in 2007, Achille was Project Controller at Drees & Sommer and started his career at Bildau & Bussmann in 2002. Achille holds an architecture degree from the Technical University of Berlin, focusing on property development. He is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He serves as co-chair of ULI’s European Product Council “Office and Mixed-Use”. He sits on EPRA’s PropTech and Innovation Committee and at INREV’s Trainings and Education Committee. Achille co-authored a book on Alternative Real Estates and has published on various topics including Office Highrises, Corporate Real Estates, M&A in the Real Estate Market, Leasehold, ESG and Impact on Value and AI. He frequently speaks at conferences and guest lectures at universities such as IREBS in Germany, ESSEC in France, and at European INREV Academy.
