<p>Henry Fletcher is a development finance professional with over 15 years of experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder environmental and economic initiatives worldwide. Since 2009, his focus has been on donor engagement, blended finance instruments, and strategy development, complemented by a decade in planning, design, and construction.</p> <p>Henry leads the EBRD team dedicated to sourcing, allocating, and coordinating donor funds for Ukrainian investment projects, supporting the Bank&rsquo;s own financing. Since 2022, the EBRD has deployed over EUR 8.2bn across energy security, critical infrastructure, food security, private sector resilience, and trade finance &ndash; supported by approximately EUR 3.2bn of donor funds.</p> <p>The Ukraine Hub supports EBRD banking teams in Kyiv, Warsaw, and London, enabling the deployment of grants, concessional loans, guarantees, results-based loans, and project preparation funds. In this capacity, the team also engages with Ukrainian government entities on policy and capacity initiatives.</p> <p>On behalf of EBRD leadership, the Hub liaises with the Ukraine Donor Platform, ensuring the Bank&rsquo;s work aligns with global partners and peer IFIs in support of Ukraine&rsquo;s core priorities.</p>
