Before joining C40, Hélène served as an advisor to the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, and worked with Apur, the Paris Urbanism Agency, as well as the global consultancy Arup. She holds a master’s degree in science and engineering from École Centrale. Over the past 15 years, she has lived and worked in Paris, London, and New York.
