Hadas Gold is CNN's AI correspondent, focusing on the complex world of artificial intelligence, the global race to dominate the technology and how AI impacts our daily lives. Previously she was CNN's Jerusalem Correspondent, for which she and the team won an Emmy for their coverage of the October 7, 2023 attacks. She was also a correspondent in London and Washington, D.C. for CNN covering media, tech and politics. Before joining CNN, Gold spent more than five years at Politico as a media reporter, during which she was named one of the “most influential media reporters” by Mediaite in 2017.
