Gerhard studied Chemistry and Physics at the University of Munich. After joining TÜV SÜD he was Lecturer (System Reliability) at the University of Applied Sciences, Munich and is today Head of the Department Risk Management and Technical Due Diligence. He developed together with his team the Data Center Services at TUV SUD including - certification according to ISO/IEC 22237, EN 50600, attestation following TIA 942 - Testing and Commissioning - Data Center Assessment for clients of Colocators - Energy efficiency and sustainability assessments and Climate Change Assessments for DCs with projects in the EU, Singapore, Australia, USA.
