<p>Genevieve sits on Barchester Healthcare’s executive committee and is responsible for 18,000 staff caring for more than 12,500 residents and patients, across 254 care home and mental health hospitals. Genevieve’s team includes recruitment, learning and development, employee services and internal communication. She has more than 30 years’ experience across the fitness, corporate health management, mental health and music and entertainment sectors, working in a range of strategic, operational and consultancy-based roles. Genevieve is a member of the RFU council, chairs the RFU diversity and inclusion working group, is a trustee and vice-president of Wasps FC and sits on the advisory board of  start-up charity Concerts for Carers.</p>
