<p>Gary is Head of Audio Visual at University of the Arts London where he is leading the establishment of a practice to foreground a user-driven approach to learning space design.</p> <p>He has over 30 years of experience as a Technology Lead having been a Director, Non-Exec Director, and Senior Manager in organisations including Google, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Bank. Alongside being a Technology Lead, Gary was an in-house coach at Google for seven years, assisting individuals and teams across the organisation with their own transformation efforts.</p> <p>Gary holds an International Coaching Federation accredited Advanced Post-Graduate Certificate in executive coaching (awarded in 2010), along with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy from London Metropolitan University (awarded in 2006). </p>
