<p>Francois Baylot is the head of fare collection strategy &amp; product policy within Thales revenue collection business line. As part of this position, Francois has taken an active leadership role within Thales to develop the new TransCity product line of Thales. Innovations for the future of fare collection are also part of Francois' activities, like Thales mobile reloader &acirc;&euro;&oelig;m-TopUp&acirc;&euro;' or more recently&Acirc;&nbsp; Thales smart mobility offer. During several years, Francois has held project director positions and has in particular directed a Thales project in the Netherlands to deliver one of the largest fare collection solutions worldwide. Francois provided support as part of other Thales fare collection projects, such as in Denmark, Dubai, Auckland, South Africa. Before joining Thales, Francois worked in various positions for Bull, Motorola and Oberthur Technologies.</p>
