Francesco De Stefano is the Co-Founder and CEO of Caracol, a leading industrial robotic advanced manufacturing technology provider. He manages Caracol’s growth and global operations, overseeing fundraising, strategy, commercial, finance, and operations. Prior to starting the company, he worked on international projects at the Milan branch of the Boston Consulting Group with an emphasis on automotive and aerospace. He has a deep expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies, for example, by collaborating with major automotive conglomerates to introduce additive manufacturing processes in their production lines. De Stefano holds degrees from Bocconi University, London Business School, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He lives and works between Milan, Italy, and Austin, TX, USA.
