Fernando Domingos is Assistant Professor of Strategy at Sao Paulo School of Business Administration, Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil). Before joining FGV, Fernando was a postdoctoral research associate at the Blavatnik School of Government (University of Oxford), where he worked on the evaluation of social outcome contracts.
