Felicia Watson counsels and represents management clients on labor and employment law matters including OSHA compliance. She also is an experienced policy professional drafting regulatory comments and agency letters on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, P.C., Felicia was Assistant Vice President with the National Association of Home Builders’ Office of Legal Affairs. She focused on construction liability, labor, safety and health, privacy, and international trade. Her background also includes experience with two Washington, D.C. area firms. She previously served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, prosecuting felony domestic violence cases and providing evidentiary training for local law enforcement. Felicia is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US).
