<p>Fabio Borghi joined &Icirc;le-de-France Mobilit&eacute;s in 2018, in the context of a major modernisation program leaded by the Marketing and Ticketing department of the Paris Area Region. In this context, he oversees the deployment of the ABT program called Navigo Libert&eacute;+, applying all impacts related to pricing, digitalization, customer journey mapping etc. He also manage GDPR topics related to customer relationship and freedom of movement. He previously worked as technical consultant specialized in transportation, IT project management and business processes organization. Fabio has an Engineer degree specialised in IT and supply chain from the Politecnico di Milano university and CentraleSup&eacute;lec School.</p>
