<p>Dr. Ernest Baskin is an associate professor of Food, Pharma and Healthcare and the chair of the Food, Pharma and Healthcare Department at Saint Joseph’s University. He has a Ph.D. in Marketing from Yale University School of Management. </p> <p>Dr. Ernest Baskin is an expert in consumer behavior and marketing research. His research focuses on consumer judgment and decision making with a particular interest in consumption decisions as well as consumer biases and context effects using experimental methodology and survey design. He also regularly works and consults on workforce retention and recruitment having published several papers with FMI on the topic. He has also received many accolades including being named as a best 40 under 40 business school professors by Poets and Quants and a Millennial to Watch by Philadelphia Business Journal as well as the Progressive Grocer GenNext award. </p>
