Ellen joined Elanco in October 2021 as Executive Vice President and leads the global R&D organization as well as regulatory affairs. She is a highly experienced R&D senior executive with a proven background of accomplishments across animal health, food and beverages and life sciences industries. Prior to Elanco she led R&D organizations for Pepsico, Merial (now Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health), Intervet (now Merck Animal Health) and DSM. She recently joined ADM BOD, leads the board of the Brightlands Greenport Campus in Venlo, is a board member at Lohmann Therapie Systems and is IC member at Peakbridge investments.
