Elis Costa serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Mars Wrigley North America. In this role, Elis and her team drive sustainable growth and value creation to support a multibillion dollar portfolio of iconic brands. Elis previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Marsh McLennan, Unilever, and Cargill. In her more than 25 years of experience, she has developed a diverse skillset across various financial disciplines, including corporate finance, risk management, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and FP&A. She has successfully driven growth and profitability turnarounds in the food, consumer product goods, and service industries in both mature and emerging markets. Elis began her career at Cargill, where she worked her way up from a Management Trainee program to Global Finance leadership roles. She has had experiences in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
