<p>Elena is a Principal at Balderton, where she focuses on digital health and SaaS. Previously, she was a Principal at Paris-based VC Partech, and also explored early-stage VC investing at Hambro Perks in London.</p> <p>Elena gained operational experience at the digital health start-up Peppy Health. After investing in their Seed round as VC, she joined the team as Head of Growth, leading go-to-market functions up to the company's Series A. She started her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London. Over three years, Elena worked on 20+ IPOs and large-scale capital markets transactions, which shaped her analytical and data-driven approach.</p> <p>Elena holds a master's in Management from ESCP Europe and an MBA from INSEAD and speaks Italian, English, German, and French.</p>
