She is currently a senior lecturer at Western Sydney University (WSU), where she takes the Academic Program Advisor in shaping the learning experiences of over 2,000 undergraduate students enrolled in one of Australia's largest Construction Management programs.</p> <p>Dr. Shou is recognised for her exceptional teaching practices, earning WSU Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Education) Award of Citations for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning 2024. Her research focuses on developing lean-driven frameworks to decarbonise prefabrication projects.
