Stefan holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry and joined Henkel in 2004. Since then he was holding several R&D positions in the Business Unit Adhesives Technologies. Stefan has more than 15 years experience in Automotive. Since 2019 he is globally responsible for Innovation for Henkel's Automotive Business. Today he is Vice President Innovation with strong focus on E-Mobility and Auto Electronics.
