Dr. Rossi holds a Master degree in electronics and a PhD in microelectronics. He served in the semiconductor industry for the last 30 years in large and medium sized companies. Dr. Rossi covered different roles from head of R&D, head of program management, Business Unit head and CEO of a mid sized startup company. In the most recent years he focused on applications management and on Wide Bandgap materials. Dr. Rossi is part of Infineon senior management team since 2010. He represents Sales in two Business Line boards and is responsible for: ‒ Artificial Intelligence power flow ‒ Power applications globally ‒ Capacity Reservation Agreements ‒ Wide Bandgap Go To Market activities in the Consumer, Computing and Communication segment.
