Lorraine Carlos Salazar is Senior Knowledge Expert with McKinsey & Company’s Singapore Office and a Leader of the Firm’s Telecom, Media and High Tech Practice. She leads McKinsey’s TMT Infrastructure Strategy Service Line serving operator and investor clients on data center, tower, fiber and subsea cable in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Lorraine is passionate about helping solve challenges to ensure that digital infrastructure —key infrastructure that enable us to connect, live, learn, work and play—are built in an ubiquitous, robust, environmentally and financially sustainable manner. She has over 15 years of management consulting, policy and academic experience in the telecoms and ICT sector. Lorraine has a PhD in Telecoms Regulation (Political Science and Southeast Asian Studies) from the Australian National University and a BA-MA in Political Science from the University of the Philippines.
