Bahareh Yazdani is a Material Engineer with extensive skills in Li-ion cell manufacturing, solid-state batteries, nanomaterial, and multifunctional composites. She completed the PhD from the University of Exeter in 2015 within three years and seven peer-reviewed published papers. She started her career journey in 2005, working as a research assistant after master degree on Li-ion batteries cathode material and supercapacitors with 18 published papers. She continued the career by entering the Li battery industry and working on Solid-state batteries and then working at UKBIC to scale up battery manufacturing in UK. As Head of Technical Authority- Batteries at Ricardo, she is responsible for Ricardo battery portfolio pipeline, selling the battery solution to customers and ensuring excellence project delivery as project director. She is responsible for developing Battery Road map and strategies to drive future growth and identifying new opportunities.
