Following his studies and doctorate in business administration at the University of Hamburg, Dr. Andreas Kleinau developed location strategies, building concepts, and innovative work and organizational solutions for national and international companies. With combine Consulting GmbH, he built one of the most renowned consulting firms in the German real estate industry.He also advised prominent public institutions on the development of their corporate real estate strategies and on decision-making processes for numerous major projects. In autumn 2020, Dr. Kleinau joined the management board of HafenCity Hamburg GmbH, where he has served as chairman since November 2021.
