Dominic Cuthbert

Dominic Cuthbert is the Health Sector and Scottish Lead for Ordnance Survey, with over 30 years’ experience in the geospatial community. He began his career in aerial and satellite image processing, serving as Director for Earth Resource Mapping, before joining Ordnance Survey in 2002. Dominic has held a range of roles spanning product development, partner management, and strategic stakeholder engagement. His work has focused on supporting Emergency Services and Local and Central Government to maximise the value of geographic data across operational and policy-driven use cases. In 2009, Dominic negotiated the One Scotland Mapping Agreement (OSMA) with the Scottish Government and has since continued to work closely with Scottish partners to deliver collaborative, policy aligned solutions. Since taking on his current role in 2025, Dominic has led engagement across the health and devolved government landscape, supporting the delivery of innovative geospatial solutions for health services and day to day operational decision making.
