Dipa is a pharmacist of eighteen years with experience across various sectors including community pharmacy and most notably, academia. Dipa is the Kingston University MPharm equity, diversity and inclusivity lead (EDI). She is passionate about embedding inclusive curriculum principles in the pharmacy course and developing students to become holistic, sustainable practitioners. She developed a series of workshops focusing on cultural competence and health inequalities, leading the team to win Chemist and Druggist Diversity and Inclusion Awards in 2023 and 2024.
