Diogene is part of the operations team at London Heathrow. His current role as an airspace and ATM specialist involves a wide variety of workstreams, all aimed at optimizing and delivering improvements to Heathrow’s aircraft operations. He is a subject-matter expert on airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) and is responsible for Heathrow’s airport operations plan (AOP), as well as the evolution of Heathrow’s air traffic management roadmap in collaboration with strategic partner NATS.
