Dillon began at MTV UK, producing a long-running music show before heading MTV Base and launching MTV in Africa. He later worked with the NFL and the London 2012 Paralympics. Returning to Africa, Dillon oversaw MTV, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon for Viacom International, executive produced MTV Africa Music Awards, and built an award-winning creative team at Paramount Africa.
