Diana Kay

Diana Kay is a Partner at Suffolk Technologies with more than a decade of experience spanning technology, venture capital, and operations. She focuses on early-stage investments in software, hardware, and data-driven solutions transforming construction, real estate, and industrial operations. Her investments include Trayd (construction payroll and compliance), SewerAI (AI-powered infrastructure inspection), and Geolava (spatial intelligence for real estate). At Suffolk Technologies, Diana has been instrumental in building the firm’s venture platform, shaping investment processes, and supporting portfolio founders as they scale. Previously, Diana was part of the investment team at Dell Technologies Capital, the $200M-per-year venture arm of Dell, where she deployed $120M across 60 early-stage enterprise software and hardware deals. She sourced investments, led diligence, and conducted research across AI/ML, robotics, IoT, and supply chain. Earlier in her career, she held roles in data science, marketing, and sales operations at both Fortune 50 and high-growth technology companies. Diana is active in the startup ecosystem as a mentor with MassChallenge, Yale’s Tsai Center, and other accelerators. She holds an MS in Marketing Analytics from Bentley University and a BA in Anthropology and Political Science from McGill University.
