With a background in strategy, technology, and business transformation, Diana works hands-on with companies to solve real-world challenges — from streamlining operations and adopting new technologies to planning for electrification and sustainability. Before launching Cavis, she spent 26 years with a major FMC, gaining deep experience across every level of the fleet industry—from frontline operations to executive leadership—where she led growth and innovation initiatives that positioned the company at the forefront of a rapidly evolving market. A passionate advocate for leadership development, diversity, and women in the fleet industry, Diana has been recognized with the Women in Supply Chain Award and AFLA’s President’s Award. She holds an MLA from Harvard Extension School and a BS from Southern New Hampshire University.
