Madrid-born Londoner, Diana has been bringing customer-centric innovation to financial services since 2002. Having had several senior roles at institutions like ServiRed, Visa or HSBC, she is currently Managing Director for Merchant Services at Lloyds Banking Group and Non-Executive Director at Wirex, ltd.. She has also held several advisory roles for regulators, policy makers and industry associations and has been invited as a guest lecturer for University of Cambridge’s executive programmes (Judge Business School). She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, protecting the vulnerable, and the use of technology as a force for good.
