Dr. Oglesbee is an Associate Professor and co-Director of the Clinical Biochemical Genetics Laboratory and Clinical Genomics Laboratory at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Oglesbee directs CLIA/CAP accredited clinical testing development that has centered on improving the clinical utility of genetic diagnostics and the quality of therapies for conditions that compose Inborn Errors of Metabolism. These aims are pursued by developing new assays, investigating putative therapeutics, and generating diagnostic approaches with biomarker validation in mind.
