<p>Professor Deborah Youngs is Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education at Swansea University, appointed in September 2022.&nbsp;</p> <p>She has strategic responsibility for the university&rsquo;s teaching and learning portfolio, academic quality and standards, and enhancing the student experience. She has oversight of the university&rsquo;s commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience to all students and is currently leading several key initiatives: curriculum transformation; embedding health and wellbeing into decision making; and advancing student skills and employability to ensure graduates have the best opportunity to thrive in their future careers.&nbsp;</p> <p>Deborah is also a historian of late medieval and early Tudor Britain.&nbsp;</p> <br /> &nbsp;
