<p>Deborah has over 20 years experience working across both the public and private sectors, including law enforcement and international resilience roles. Deborah has led complex, multi-stakeholder environments at both strategic and operational levels. She combines strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in resilience, risk, and national security, alongside a collaborative leadership style and a strong track record of delivering impactful programmes.</p> <p>In her role at ADS, Deborah leads our Security & Resilience Sector, providing strategic direction across member engagement, policy, business development and innovation. She plays a key role in strengthening ADS’s engagement with government and industry partners, including leading ADS’ contribution to the Home Office’s Security & Policing event and supporting the work of the Security Sector Council. Deborah also acts as principal adviser and Secretary to RISC, ensuring strong industry alignment on national security priorities.</p>
